Appointments and Hours

In order to provide the highest quality of care, patients are seen by appointment only. We request that our patients give a minimum of 24 hours notice if unable to keep a scheduled appointment. A fee of $25 is charged for non-cancellation of an appointment.

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Telephone Assistance

Our telephone number is 301-345-7375. We encourage our patients to call at any time with questions. Our nursing and administrative staff have been specially trained to answer many of your routine questions. If it is necessary to speak to your doctor, please do not hesitate to request that they return your call. Calls are returned as time permits; however, messages with the greatest urgency are given priority. If you find it necessary to contact a physician after normal office hours, please leave a message and the physician on-call for the practice will return your call.

Prescription Refills

For prescription refills, please have your pharmacy call on weekdays during normal business hours.

Lab Results

Staff can provide results of lab studies and receive reports of your condition following procedures.

Fees, Insurance, Financing

We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care. As a courtesy to our patients, our office participates with numerous insurance companies and several managed health care programs. If you are a member of one of these plans, your insurance claim will be submitted on your behalf. Any medical services which are not covered by your insurance are your responsibility, and payment in full is due at the time of the visit. For HMO insurance plans, referrals must be presented at time of the appointment or we will have to reschedule the appointment. Please call with any questions on insurance matters.

Medical breakthroughs have offered an array of new procedures that can provide you with new opportunities and hope concerning your health and wellness goals. Unfortunately, insurance does not pay for many of these life-improving procedures. Part of well-being is knowing that you can afford your procedures of choice without breaking the bank.
